Welcome to the Blowing Rock Equestrian Preserve
Located less than a mile from historic downtown Blowing Rock is the High Country's premier equestrian facility. The present day facility boasts 17 barns, a grandstand arena, a schooling arena, 45 campsite hook-ups with power and water, and access to 25 miles of trails in the beautiful Moses Cone Memorial Park.

** We are very disappointed, but the Preserve will not be able to offer horse rental riding this year. **
As you make your plans to visit us in the Spring and Summer, please be aware that there have been some major changes in our horse show schedule. Due to conflicting show schedules in other parts of the country, our Blowing Rock Charity Horse Show has been split up into two segments.
The Saddlebred classes will be held the second week of June, from the 12th to the 15th. Therefore, we will be closed for camping and riding from June 2nd to June 19th. The Hunter/Jumper Show will be held July 30th through August 10th. We will be
closed for camping and riding from Monday, July 21st thru at least August 15th.
