Blazing Saddles, Inc. is a private, not-for-profit, 501(c)3 agency comprised of persons dedicated to providing a unique, enjoyable therapeutic equestrian experience. The program continues with the help of many volunteers, local organizations, and the generosity of the high country area.

Blazing Saddles, Inc. was founded in the fall of 1985 and is a member of the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA).

After 16 years of generous donations from many area individuals of various facilties, necessitating moves to new locations every couple years, in 2002 Blazing Saddles was offered a permanent home located at the Blowing Rock Charity Horse Show Grounds. When you camp, ride or show at BREP, you are helping to support this awesome organization.
